Liqueur with the delicate & perfumed flavor of lychee. Lychee is a small fruit of a large tropical tree with evergreen foliage (9-15m) & flourishing in summer. Originally from China, it is now grown in China, India, Madagascar & Thailand. Beneath its thick pink-red skin, the flesh of the fruit is white-translucent, juicy, sweet & slightly tart. The fruit can be eaten simply peeled, or cooked, but also prepared in juice as is, or mixed into a drink.
